Team, roles & billing
Add teammates with the right access, and see exactly what you're billed and when.
Team & roles
Invite teammates under Settings → Users & roles. Each member gets a role that scopes what they can see and do:
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and team |
| Manager | Run the store — orders, RTO, offers, recovery — plus settings |
| Staff | Day-to-day: orders, RTO actions, recovery — no settings/payments |
| Viewer | Read-only |
Members log in with their email and a temporary password they change on first sign-in. An activity log records who changed what, and when.
Billing
See your plan, usage and invoices under Settings → Billing & usage. IndiSell's pricing is usage-based — per order, or a monthly plan with commission — agreed with you per store. The Billing page shows:
- Billable orders this cycle and the estimated charge.
- Your plan terms and how you're billed.
- Printable GST invoices for each cycle.

Cancelled and refunded orders are excluded from billing — you're charged on orders that actually stand.
