Conversions & ad tracking
Report every sale — COD included — to Google Ads, Meta and GA4, server-side, so your campaigns optimise on real revenue.
Browser pixels miss a lot: ad blockers, closed tabs, and the fact that a COD order "converts" at the doorstep days after the click. IndiSell reports conversions server-side so your ad platforms see the revenue they actually drove — COD included.
What you can connect
Funnel events and purchases, browser and server-side.
Conversion on every paid order, plus offline upload for COD & recovered orders — retracted if a COD order is cancelled.
Purchase in the browser and server-side, deduplicated by order id.
Set these up under Conversions (each has its own tab with a connection form).
Detailed setup guides
Each platform has its own step-by-step, with exactly where to find each ID in its panel:
- Set up Google Analytics 4 — Measurement ID + API secret
- Set up Google Ads conversions — send_to labels + offline upload for COD
- Set up Meta Pixel & CAPI — Pixel ID + Conversions API token
Why COD matters here
A COD order completes at delivery, days after the ad click. A browser pixel has long since closed. IndiSell captures the ad-click id (gclid, fbclid) at checkout and uploads the conversion when the order is paid — and retracts it if the COD order is cancelled. That's the difference between Smart Bidding optimising on real revenue versus prepaid-only guesses.
