Connecting your courier is what makes Smart COD learn from reality. Once linked, IndiSell reads each shipment's outcome — delivered, RTO, or a failed attempt (NDR) — and feeds it back into risk scoring, the NDR action queue, and COD auto-collect.

Pick your courier from the list.
Each courier gives you an API key/token (and sometimes an email) in its own panel — for example Shiprocket under Settings → API → Create API User. Paste them into IndiSell.
IndiSell reads outcomes on a schedule. Within a day you'll see delivered/RTO/NDR statuses flowing onto orders.
